About our role

We are now looking for a talented Property Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Managers, Portfolio / Managers, Portfolio, the incumbent will assist in the leasing and day-to-day management of commercial properties within the portfolio - Taikoo Place. Major duties include assisting with the oversight of the daily operation and maintenance of the properties within the portfolio, co-ordination of tenant fit-out projects and budgetary control. He / She is also responsible for report and analysis preparation. He / She is expected to assist in fostering customer relationships, interacting with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals and rent reviews, as well as preparing related documents.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines 
• Minimum 3 years' experience in property leasing and/or management 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Good PC skills on MS Office
