Responsibilities:

• Work with Market Development Manager on the acquisition of new sites, including trade zone studies, pipeline review, feasibility study, financial analysis and new store approval package
• Review store performance and negotiate lease renewals with landlords
• Maintain regular contact with Landlords and property developers and property agents
• Work on market research & studies and market data collection
• Other duties to be assigned by Head of Market Development and Senior Market Development Manager

Requirements:

• Degree equivalent preferably in Property / Estate Management or related discipline
• 5 years working experience preferably gained from sizable retailers or property developers
• Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance and general leasing procedures
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to handle correspondence and work independently
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated and hardworking
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience could be considered as Market Development Officer
