Responsibilities

• Provide leasing and tenancy related support for the company
• Liaise with landlords, property management offices, property agents and internal departments for new shop opening projects and tenancies renewals
• Perform fit-out and maintenance work 
• Manage property administration work including reviewing of lease offer and tenancy agreement, arranging rental payment, preparing budget & monthly reports on accommodation expenses and outgoing correspondences;
• Assist in market research, data analysis, formulate and execute leasing strategies
• Maintain close relationships with landlords, management offices, agents 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years’ experience in retail leasing, preferably on tenant side;
• Knowledge of tenancy law and leasing procedures;
• Strong market sense and good networking with developers, individual landlords and mall management;
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; 
• Proactive attitude, detail oriented, able to work independently;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; and
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
