Requirements

• University graduate in Business, Property or related disciplines
• 3-5 years property leasing experience for commercial portfolio
• Prior exposure in sizable property development company is preferable
• Familiar with Landlord/Tenancy Ordinance and related regulations
• Prioritize, well-organized, team player with good interpersonal skills
• Attention to details, energetic, adaptable and sense of responsibilities
• Proficient in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Chinese WP etc
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Assist Leasing Manager in all-rounded tenancy support for commercial property
• Responsible for new tenancy liaison, renewal negotiation and rental market analysis
• Update leasing information including tenants’ database, vacancy reports, floor plan etc
• Assist in takeover and handover processing and handling tenants’ enquiries & complaints
• Prepare all tenancy documents, monthly leasing reports and sales turnover analysis
