Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager in supervising a team of staff for handover of new developments
- Manage and coordinate pre-handover preparation works, takeover / handover of units, follow up defect rectification works
- Duties include budget planning, tender arrangement, unit handover, liaison with owners / project team / developer / contractors, complaints handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meetings and monitoring of contractors’ performance
- Degree holder in Property / Housing / Hotel Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in handover / property management with at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Conversant in BMO, DMC and related ordinances and regulations; Landlord & Tenant Ordinance and property handover procedures
- Presentable, Proactive, good communication and interpersonal or PR skills, polite, willing to learn and capable of working under pressure
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua is required
- Holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
