Responsibilities :

• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties primarily for offshore companies and listed companies.
• Organize board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings.
• Prepare annual and interim reports, ESG report, circulars, announcements and related documentation for listed company.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory disclosure, reporting and statutory requirements.
• Handle corporate transactions including M&A.
• Handle ad hoc assignments/projects.

Requirements :

• 4-5 years solid experience gained in listed companies or professional firms.
• Degree holder in compliance or legal related disciplines.
• Associate Member of HKCGI or CGI.
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules and Securities and Futures Ordinance.
• Well versed in company secretarial practices for offshore and Hong Kong companies.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Mature and Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different parties.
• Proficient in computer knowledge including MS office, English and Chinese word processing and CSA software.
