Responsibilities

• Lead the security team to perform daily operational security task
• Provide coaching of customer services skills  to staff
• Handle enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
• Report to Managers for any irregularities of site's daily operation

 Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Hold valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS certificate
• At least 6 years relevant working experience in security or property management field
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English
• Mature, independent and with excellent interpersonal skill
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Security Officer
