• Provide quality property management service for residential properties including handling complaints & inquiries from residents
• Monitor and oversee the site operation and performance of contractors and sub-ordinates to ensure the compliance of statutory requirements
• Attend meeting and maintain good relationship with the management committee
• Monitor property management income and expenses and to prepare management budget
• Other ad-hoc assignments

 What we are looking for:

• Degree or above in any disciplines, preferably in Property Management or relevant disciplines
• Min. 5 years’ experiences in property management
• Independent with good communication skill and able to work under pressure
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing is essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
