Job description

• Perform full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support in the corporate office
• Handle daily business correspondences and compile monthly management reports
• Manage diaries and schedules of the Managing Director
• Liaise with department heads to ensure accurate strategy execution and control
• Participate in ad-hoc corporate project team as assigned

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
• At least 3 years solid experience in administrative and secretarial support in MNC
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Persistent and proactive personality
