Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone calls and general inquiries including arrange clinical & surgery appointments
- Manage hotlines and walk-in customers
- Handle cashiering duties and shop sales
- Maintain the client information database
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Customer Services Manager
- F. 5 or above
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Mature, friendly, outgoing and able to work under pressure
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Stable working hours, 5 day work-week on roster basis
- Will be assigned to work at different vet clinics throughout HK, Kowloon, New Territories on public holidays/weekends
- Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals
