We are working with Korea Travel Organization (韓國觀光公社), Jeju Travel Organization (濟州觀光公社) and Jeju Air (濟州航空) to promote Hong Kong and Korea wedding photo shooting industry, we are now looking for Customer Service Executive for expansion of our service.

Job details:

• Act as the first contact point to handle customer inquiries through online platform or phone
• Provide face-to-face consultations to sell & promote our packages & services to customers
• Communicate with customers to plan & arrange photo shooting based on customers' needs
• Post-shooting coordination, including liaising with customers and photographers to follow up photo related issues, manage albums and frames production

 Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years work experience
• Experience in sales / wedding industry / CS will be an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Photoshop will be an advantage
• Like pretty things, with good art sense will be an advantage
• Good in written and spoken Chinese and English; Proficiency in Korean will be an advantage
• Excellent in communication and presentation skills
• Sensitive to people, able to address customers' needs 
• With outgoing and talkative personality
• With Well-organized, attention to details & responsible; Able to solve problem flexibly & independently

• Be open to opportunities to grow quickly through variety of tasks
• Gain solid experience in business expects
