OpenRice is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join a dynamic and collaborative environment as part of our Payment Service sales team.
You will be responsible for:
- Follow up with newly on-board for smooth operation and problem-solving
- Update existing merchants about new features
- Sign up cash vouchers, restaurant offers and revisit offers with existing merchants
- Identify and work with merchants for regular and thematic campaign collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing and operation teams
You should possess:
- Tertiary education or above
- 2 years’ experience in account servicing, tele-marketing or sales
- Pleasant personality, good manner, organized and detail-oriented
- Good command in English and Cantonese
- Immediate available is preferred
