• Handle customers’ enquiries professionally in a timely manner from different channels (e.g. phone, email, fax, WhatsApp)
• Maintain good customer relationship and promote company’s service

• Build and maintain good relationship and teamwork within the team to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team

• Responsible, good interpersonal skills, proactive team player
• Attentive to details, well-organized with good problem-solving skills
• Immediately available is preferred

We started as a feline only practice and have expanded to provide 24/7 ER coverage in our Kennedy Town location.  All hospitals are fully equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, in house blood machines, etc. We have a brand-new CT scan in our 24-hour facility. Our nursing staff is fully bilingual and can assist with all of your translation needs.
