Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound call in professional manner
- Handle high volumes of customers’ enquiries via telephone, Email and WhatsApp
- Follow up repair order and customers’ complaints
Education and/or Work Experience Requirement:
- Form 5 (HKCEE)/ Form 6 (DSE) graduate or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/sales field
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Experience in the SAP system and salesforce system will be an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Handle and follow-up customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure & good communication skills
- Shift Duty is required
