• Oversee the daily shop operations such as sales/ expenses control, staff training, inventory management, security and safety.
• Provide supports for network expansion, i.e. store renovation and new store opening
• Manage and executive the retail sales plan and business strategies, collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing departments to ensure the effective implement of business promotions and marketing programs;
• Ensure individual sales goals are set for retail team and manage results to ensure peak performance
• To ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved
• Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image and adhered to at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ operations experience of which 3 years or above at Managerial level in retail industry, preferably from fashion retails.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Entrepreneurial, result oriented with excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a sizable team
• Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organizing skills with ability to develop policies and procedure
• Superb ability to build, grow, motivate and manage a team
• Capability to resolve conflicts in any cases
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Area Manager
