Job Description
Monthly Salary from HKD14,000 to HKD17,000(depends on experience)
Basie Salary + Attn. allowance + Peak season bonus
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Follow-up online enquirers and orders
- Coordinate deliveries with customers
- Provide reports and ad-hoc clerical support as assigned
- HKDSE / Form 5 with certificate or above
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel, and Chinese WP (Speed >25wpm)
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and fluency in Mandarin
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- less experience will be consider as Customer Service Assistant
- Immediate available is highly preferred
