Job Description
- Maintain the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations, permits, contractual requirements and company policy;
- Coordinate with different parties (both internal and external) on the health, safety and environmental compliance conduction, inspection investigation, job hazard analysis and audit programs;
- Validate all health and safety data, including quality of the data and prepare all required reports;
- Monitor the fire installation and services system, the validity of dangerous goods stores license and security services and report to QEHS Manager for any emergencies;
- Coordinate and implement the health, safety and environmental compliance and awareness promotional activities and training programmes for all staff, visitors and contractors.
- Diploma or above in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience in the factory or construction field with experience in ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001 audit is preferred;
- Holder of First Aid certificate is required and with driving licenses class 1 and 2 is preferred;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in the office computer and mobile device applications;
- Determined, motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Candidate with less experience/ without Safety Officer registration in Labour Department will be considered for the junior position.
