Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support to ingredient sales team (B2B) in developing new nutraceutical products, such as supplements, beauty drinks, functional gummies, etc, with nutraceutical brands oversea. 
• Works with in-house R&D team in factory to solve problems encountered in these projects. 
• Works with suppliers to source and purchase new ingredients for customer.
• Works with contract manufacturers to develop customized OEM products, such as capsules, softgels, functional gummies, etc, for customers.
• Keep updated of market trends and research for current market information, assist to bring in new insights/innovative ideas during the research & developing activities, with aim to expand and improve current portfolio for future business growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in R&D related scope of work in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical or food and beverage industries. 
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
• Excellent project management and problem solving skills.
• Positive, self-motivated with a strong character to take up challenges.
