Job duty

• Responsible for microbial testing of daily products and manufacturing environment
• Check the results of microbial cultured samples and prepare the report documents
• Perform aggregation, recording and storage of testing results
• Identify sources of risk related to food hygiene and propose improvement methods
• Support for improving other production method related to food hygiene
• Conduct laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration

Requirement

• University degree in Food Science/Nutrition or related discipline
• 2-3 year working experience preferably gained in the laboratory of food manufacturing industry
• Independent, responsible with good communication skill;
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Working location in Tai Po
• Candidate with less relevant experience or lower qualification will be considered as Quality Control Assistant
