• Perform routine product quality checking, lines inspection and retention sampling at various stages of food manufacturing processes 
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the documentation of quality and food safety management system
• Work closely with purchasing team to verify product information from suppliers
• Responsible for product shelf-life study, sensory evaluation, and product specification and labeling update to ensure compliance with legal requirement
• Assist in handling customer enquiries and complaints related to food quality & safety, conducting root cause analysis and following up corrective action
• Participate in internal and external audits and training programs
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Higher Diploma or above in science related subjects, e.g. Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology or related disciplines
• Familiar with ISO 9001/Food GMP/HACCP/ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 would be an advantage 
• Familiar with HK food laws & regulations e.g. food labelling law would be an advantage
• Proactive & positive mindset, attention to details, eager to learn, hard-working, able to be a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer operations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
• Welcome fresh graduates
• Applicant with more experience will be considered as QA Officer 
• Immediate available is highly preferred 
• Able and willing to work on Saturday alternatively, 5 days work per week
• Casual attire at work
• Provide training related to quality management and Chinese medicine
