Job Description
Main Duties:
- Follow up shipping lines inquiries and coordinate with internal parties
- Assist supervisors to perform logistics activities and car carrier operations
- Monitor and update progress status to system
- Prepare operations reports and others related documents
- Ad hoc projects as required by supervisors
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- With relevant working experiences / logistics industry knowledge would be an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Good time management in following up the logistics procedure
- Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Willing to work on shift including weekends and public holidays
- Immediate available is preferable
