Summary:

This position is responsible for monitoring and supervising daily operations and data accuracy.

 Responsibilities:

•    Handle customer complaints
•    Handle customer enquires
•    Assist manager to train & monitor discipline of staff
•    Communicate with carrier’s customer service
•    Cooperate with subcontractor’s operations
•    Problem solving with subcontractor
•    Communicate with JAS’s overseas on advance level of operations

 Requirements:

•   F.5 or above;
•   Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•   Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua;
•   Proficient with Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills, independent and mature, detail oriented and strong follow-up skills
•   Cargo Wise systems knowledge is a plus
•   More Experience will be considered as Supervisor
