Job Description
Requirements & job duties:
- Form 6 standard or above
- At least 3-4 years relevant experience in supply chain / logistics/storage operation with 3PL experience.
- Handle and monitor inbound & outbound freight to different store locations/countries and ensure Customs clearance processes & compliance adhered to in specific countries
- Proficiency in using MS office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good written / spoken English & Putonghua
- Efficient, initiative, detailed mind and work under pressure
- Full set Import & Export shipping documents/operation & L/C knowledge
- Strong liaison skills between suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, customers as well as internal departments.
- Liaise with factories & customers, Ad-hoc projects
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Prepare repacking order of inventory, transaction and shipment arrangement
- Co-ordinate the shipment schedule with supplier and inter-department/logistics warehouse
- Responsible for shipping and transportation arrangement
- Prepare shipment statistics and reports.
