Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 5 years working relevant shipping experiences;
• Knowledge in Incoterms Rules and Shipping Practice is preferred;
• Familiar with Tradelink declaration;
• Good in written and communication skills (Fluency in Putonghua, Cantonese and English);
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
• Immediate Available is highly preferred

Duties as follows:

• Independently handling full set of import/export shipping document including shipment booking, and Letter of Credit application;
• Strong liaison skills to coordinate with factory, customers and freight forwarder/trucker to ensure smooth shipping arrangement are in order, and on timely delivery schedule;
• Preparing Customs Declaration of various countries and performing other duties as assigned;
• Initiative, well-organized with strong sense of commitment and responsibility
• Five (5) days work per week
