Job Duties:

• Partner with regional marketing, commercial, , logistics/LSP, and CS team to provide optimized customer solutions in the designated supply chain area
• Focus on Greater China logistics arrangement and order fulfillment process, including order blocks and allocation, sample orders, etc
• There will be opportunity to rotate to upskill/contribute in other supply chain areas in the longer run

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma Holders in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering or Operations Management
• Over 4-5 years of experience in Customer Services and/or supply chain management with Greater China exposure ideal
• Those from freight forwarding / logistics services companies with strong operation know-how are encouraged to apply
• Familiar with SAP as well as Supply Chain CS KPI, result driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Collaborative, passionate to learn, and service/solution driven are keys to success in the team
