Job Description
As the Head of HR CEVA Country, this role will lead CEVA Country HR team and be fully responsible for all HR activities in CEVA Country including Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen and Fuzhou.
Job Descriptions
- To plan, direct and implement initiatives in managing the full spectrum of human resources programs and activities for CEVA Country
- Integrate human resources and strategic management of the relevant enterprises accordingly to the overall development strategy objectives of the CEVA Country
- HRBP needs for country leadership team
- Coordination of all country HR actions (implementation of global agenda)
- Country HR reporting/analysis for country management
- Full responsible for country C-People data quality
- Lead and coach country HR team and admin team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR business or related subject
- At least 10 years working experience in HR field with at least 3 years’ experience as Head of HR in multinational companies
- Strong strategic planning and commercial sense
- Understand the HR practice and process in different field such as recruiting, C&B, ER, Performance Management
- Good English skill in both writing and speaking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
