Responsibilities:

Demand Planning:

• Responsible for analyzing the forecast via advance planning tools, fully deploy the statistical forecast into demand planning.  Collect and analyze forecast & align with Sales & Marketing to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Lead S&OP process with Sales and Marketing to underpin AOP and Deploy target.
• Responsible for reliable demand forecast planning and align with corporate planning
• Continuously identify risks & opportunities to support the team via SCM digitalization
• Review and execute the POPI process with product marketeer for the planning in the Country.
• Deliver best in class Customer Service through on time in full.              
  

Finished Goods Planning:

• Align, deploy & deliver FG inventory targets based on sales outlook and lead time.
• Consolidate/challenge channel forecast - plan vs. Actual sales to balance demand & supply.
• Manage daily stock & availability at SKU level.
• Release purchase orders to both internal factories & external suppliers. Follow up (date/quantity change) with daily/weekly open order report.  
• Design FG strategy to drive FG inventory health and achieve the KPI from SCM balanced scorecard.
• Track slow moving action plan with Sales & Marketing. Minimize the obsolete stock level within given target.
• Work with Supply Planning on lead time, responsiveness improvement programs.        

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related discipline
• 5 years of relevant working experience in supply chain management and 3 years in demand planning is advantageous
• Good mind set in SCM digitalization
• Analytical ability to prepare challenging forecast figures and data
• Account planning and customer collaboration
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with SAP and advanced planning tool is advantageous
• Immediate availability is advantageous
