Duties:

• Handle full set of I/E documents and TT payment;
• Liaise with shipping forwarders for transport arrangement and price negotiation
• Prepare the monthly shipping schedule, quotation and sales performance report
• Closely coordinate with related departments to ensure on-time delivery
• Handle data entry and filing for analysis
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualifications with Logistics/Business/Supply Chain or equivalent 
• Over 3 years of relevant working experience in a trading company 
• Knowledgeable in handling full set I&E shipping documents and TT payment
• Good ORAL English is a must, proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• More experience will be considered as Senior post
• Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
