Responsibilities:

• Handle  English & Cantonese speaking customers' enquiries and complaint in a professional manner
• Cross selling and promote company products and services

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in service industry
• Good knowledge of mobile, internet and PC products
• Good spoken English & Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Customer oriented, pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Able to work at least 4 days a week (Mon - Sun, 9am - 6pm)
