OpenRice is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join a dynamic and collaborative environment as part of sales team.

You will be responsible for:

• Carry out various regular merchant servicing duties, e.g. calling restaurant partners etc.
• Maintain merchant offer databases and filing
• Provide customer services, including handle and resolve the basic inquiries
• Participate in promotional activities in different locations
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

You should possess:

• DSE or above in any disciplines
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is preferred
