• Prepare FAQs for CS briefing
• Filters prohibited items and brands, and submit required documents for marketplaces’ approval
• Arranges upload and follow up any upload failure for merchants
• Conduct CS briefing and launch

• Undergraduates in Law, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Media, Communications, Languages or related disciplines
• A Self-driven and organized team member
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent in English and Mandarin
• Flexible, eager to face challenges and able to work under pressure
