Work Location: Wan Chai

Responsibilities :

• Manage daily restaurant operations
• Provide customer services, including enquiries and complaint handling
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and quality standard
• Training of employees and create a positive, productive working environment
• Documents handling such as duty roster, attendance report, etc.

Requirements :

• 3 years or above experience in F&B industry at management level, with Western restaurant experience is preferred
• Good team player and ability to work under pressure
• Must have ability to communicate in English
