What you’ll be doing?

• Support the IT infrastructure, servers, system and end-user computing of the company.
• Support the day-to-day IT operation including helpdesk and end-user support.
• Manage external suppliers and local vendors in a professional manner.
• Facilitate the infrastructure upgrade and enhancement projects.
• Cooperate with other countries’ business units to accomplish the company's business objectives.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Who are we looking for?

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in IT admin and service support role.
• Solid experience in managing IT infrastructure, helpdesk and end-user support.
• Experience in implementation, administration and support of the following technologies: AD, O365, ERP, VMWare, SharePoint, NAS, desktop upgrade, etc.
• Good knowledge in IT infrastructure technologies (e.g. server virtualization and migration, backup and recovery, etc.).
• Good writing and documentation skills.
• Sound interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
