• Support cloud operation and troubleshoot technical issues
• Support the senior technical lead on Cloud platform testing
• Support and work with offshore team on the system deployment or version upgrade, and /or configuration as part of a rebuild or upgrade or initial deployment
• Support troubleshooting, diagnosis and replacement of hardware and software failures
• Escalate all application failures in accordance with defined escalation procedures
• Support service management process documentation that will enable effective operational support to customers

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with minimum 6 year of related working experience in Cloud technologies 
• At least 2 years of infrastructure architecture experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Experience with cloud related solution like private cloud infrastructures, e.g. VMware Cloud / OpenShift / Azure Stack or public cloud: AWS / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud.
• Hands-on understanding of server, network and storage systems
• Experience with operations management tools, such as VMWare vSphere, Configuration Repositories, CMDB
• Windows Active Directory deployment and administration
• Experience with public cloud platform such as AWS or Azure or Google Cloud (GCP) would be an advantage
