Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, follower engagement and conversion
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendar with engaging visual content in line with brand language
• Stay on top of digital trends and updates and turn the insights into social media strategies and content execution
• Initiate and incorporate Instagram Reels & UGC in content planning to build a loyal fan base
• Follow closely the trending topics for wellbeing, clean beauty and sustainable lifestyle and be able to blend in the social media content to enhance customer engagement & retention
• Be capable of leveraging up-to-date social media tools to create interactive stories, quality visuals & short videos to keep followers active and interested based on audience behavior and characteristics on different platforms
• Be responsible for copy-writing and editing feed copy with refreshing angles for clean beauty & lifestyle products, promotion campaigns and lifestyle tips
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and ensure all brand content are sound and effective, on time and in high quality
• Prepare market research and compile monthly data analysis to evaluate the content effectiveness and derive useful consumer insights
• Perform daily operation of social media platforms including product listing and customer enquiries etc.
• Support Marketing & Communications Team in implementing marketing activities 

• Passionate about well-being, clean beauty and sustainable lifestyle, enjoy creating engaging and persuasive content as a storyteller
• Excellent creativity, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• University Graduate in Marketing & Communications/ Digital Media/ Creative Media or other related programmes
• At least 2-3 years related experience in retail/ media industry, preferably with skincare/ beauty/ lifestyle background
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
• A team player with good people skills and able to handle challenges positively and solve problems independently
