Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Handle AR, AP, and various accounting functions 
• Liaison with auditors for the annual audit
• Responsible for daily accounting operation
• Prepare staff expenses reimbursement, pretty cash, etc.
• Review and process payment requests and prepare bank transfers in a timely manner
• Prepare bank reconciliation and bank loan Financing documents
• Prepare cheque payment in Accounts Payables and Operating Expenses in HK
• Handle ad hoc assignment from the top Management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accountancy or above, with qualifications such as LCCI or equivalent 
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in trading or manufacturing industry;
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, good time management and with strong sense of responsibility
