An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Senior Financial Analyst to join our Vascular division.  This role partners with management in developing meaningful budget, understand variance, actively participate in business planning process and challenge status quo or assumption.  Core job responsibilities include the followings:

• Analysis of operational performance, financial trends,  long term plans; compilation of meaningful data in support of business strategy and decision-making.
• Contribute to monitor of budget through regular analysis of sales, expense, and distributor’s performance.
• Month end closing, reporting, budgeting and coordinate with shared finance service to ensure the accuracy of information.
• Provided ad hoc support and solutions to meet business initiatives, planning and reporting requirements.
• Have strong business insight and acumen. Adopt influencing skills & make recommendations to optimize financial delivery.
• Lead improvement of financial and operation processes used in the country and contribute to other process improvement in the country.
• Ensure compliance with local and Corporate’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years experience in FP&A
• In-depth knowledge and experience in all activities of accounting and financial planning.
• Strong ERP system skills with ability to learn things quickly
• Experience with financial and integrated systems.  SAP experience is a must
• Advanced excel skills are essential
• Excellent spoken and written of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
