Responsibilities:

• Daily IT expenditure administration, including:
  
  
  • Handle petty cash, expense related documents and expense request tickets
  • Payments processing, approval and allocation to the cost centers (for applicable IT expenditures) according to agreed mechanism
  • Maintenance of all IT expenditure documents, including original copies of signed Change Service Request form, quotation, purchase agreement, project approval memo, acceptance signoff sheet, maintenance contract, and the expense request form, etc
  • Payment posting to the Bank's financial recording systems

• Assist Head of IT for budget control -IT project/ equipment (such as personal computers)/ daily operating expenditures monitoring to ensure they are within the planned budget and escalate to senior IT management for any excess
  
  
• Compile financial information and management reports, including:
  
  
  • General and Administration monthly report, monthly accrued expense report, IT MIS, etc
  • Budget cost control list for IT projects and maintenance contracts with information of approved amounts, contractual amounts with vendors, and the actual expenditure incurred

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Accounting, LCC Certification Level 1/2, or other related disciplines
• At least 1 years' experience in the Information Technology field and/or banking industry
• Acquired basic financial accounting and budgeting knowledge
• Self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines and make decisions independently
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Able to handle the tasks undertaken with a mature and responsible approach
• Good communication skills, presentable and proactive with detailed mind
