Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operation related to accounts payable functions
• Handle inventory control ( including all stock in and out)
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Assist to formulate internal control policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Support ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Diploma in Accounting
• At least 3 years solid experience in financial accounting (AP experience is preferred)
• With relevant experience in warehouse management is preferable
• Proficient with MS Excel (e.g. Pivot table, VLookup, etc.)  and MYOB Accounting System
• Able to communicate effectively;
• Mature, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
