Responsibilities

• Data input into account software and filing;
• Prepare reconciliation and accounting schedules;
• Assist to prepare regular management reports;
• Follow up AR & AP;
• Handle treasury functions;
• Handle office administration work; and
• Assist in ad-hoc projects from time to time

Requirements

• Study in relevant disciplines;
• At least 2-year experience in engineering or construction industry is preferred;
• Hands on experience with Kingdee (金蝶) is preferred;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Analytical-mind, hard-working, responsible and pro-active; and
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
