Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including accounts receivables and payables, general ledger, billing process and month-end closing
• Handle reconciliation for bank and other accounts
• Assist in general routine accounting functions, perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing
• Liaise with clients, vendors and internal departments to sort out the problems
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting
• 2 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel
• Well organized to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
