The Role:

• Report to Finance Manager, Accounts Payable and responsible for A/P function for assigned markets
• Handle daily AP processing tasks including invoice posting, payment processing, reconciliation, etc. and ensure corporate internal controls
• Handling internal and external enquiries
• Assist in driving operation excellence and trade working capital improvement

Requirement:

• Degree holder with about 6+ years’ experience
• Solid operation knowledge of procure-to-pay processes
• Exposure in SSC and other markets an advantage
• Able to communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders on account operation and system issues
• Agile to take up new system tools to meet learning and performance objectives
•  Good collaborative and motivated mindset
