Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing daily accounting operation and monthly financial and management reporting packages and schedules for HK and overseas based entities;
- Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliation, review performance results of regional sales office
- Prepare monthly forecast, variance analysis, and annual budget
- Handle daily cashflow, receivables, payables, expenses claims and opex approvals
- Work closely with internal parties on business operations and provide advices on process improvement
- Coordinate with internal & external auditors on annual audit and tax matters, support tax computation
- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business or relevant disciplines
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in sizable company, preferably MNC
- Self-motivated, independent, willing to work in a fast-paced environment and good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, detailed-minded in figures, reporting writing and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and experience in SAP Concur, IBM Cognos or similar will be an advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
