Job duties:

1. Prepare and review the financial and management reports on timely and accurate basis.
2. Implement financial and internal controls.
3. Engage in cash flow management, forecasting and budgeting activities.
4. Responsible for annual reports and HK tax filings.
5. Ensure compliance with companies' ordinances, statutory requirements and HK tax legislations.
6. Communicate with external parties including auditors, banks and government authorities.
7. Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
8. Handle other ad hoc assignments.

 Qualifications:

1. Qualified CPA with at least 3-5 years working experience on similar position of a MNC.
2. Solid experience in legal compliance, HKFRS and HK tax legislations.
3. Experience in working with Big 4 on statutory audit and HK tax filing.
4. Experience with an ERP
5. Strong leadership skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
6. Excellent Excel skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and communicational skills, both verbal and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
8. Immediately available preferred.
