• Manage all-round Finance functions and activities of the offices in a professional and timely manner.  Ensure that any Finance policies, processes, systems and practices are in line with the Company’s strategies and objectives and in compliance with legislative requirements.
• Responsible for the production of statutory accounts, perform tax declaration and reporting obligations (exchange control, statistics, banks).
• Oversee and manage the team to ensure the reliability of accounting operations.  
• Organize the accounting function and prepare financial statements and management reports within the deadlines and in conformity with the Company’s guidelines and IFRS norms. 
• Perform financial analysis, cashflow/balance sheet forecast and budget preparation/control. 
• Assist Regional Controller in preparing group reports when required.
• Ensure the management of Working Capital Requirements and Treasury.
• Liaise with company secretary, and keep proper record of company secretarial documents.
• Perform ad-hoc Finance/Accounting projects as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

•  Degree holder in Accounting / Business, or related discipline
• 8 years’ or above accounting experience, at least 3 years at manager level
• Prior experience in MNCs and logistics or related industry is preferred
• Accounting professional qualification e.g. ACCA, HKICPA, is preferred
• Experienced in IFRS compliance and familiar with HK accounting practice and tax matters
• Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Knowledge in accounting system is preferable.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• An energetic, “can do” approach, demonstrating high degree of integrity and honesty.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Well organized and multi-tasking
• Numeric sensitive; able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills.
• Immediately Available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the “Assistant Finance Manager” position
