Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform regular risk assessment on the business of audited units to formulate audit scope, strategies and annual audit plan
• Communicate with audited units to understand their latest development so as to determine audit focus and scope, establish audit methodologies, and carry out audit work accordingly by reviewing relevant policies and procedures and conducting sample testing; proposing valued added recommendations for all audit findings, assisting to achieve consensus with audited units, issuing audit reports and filing all audit materials
• Carry out special reviews to assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of the risk management and internal control systems of subject matters; proposing valued added recommendations for all review findings, assisting the Division to achieve consensus with relevant units, issuing special review reports and filing all review materials
• Follow up the implementation status of all audit issues raised by the Division and Head Office Internal Audit Department on a regular basis
• Provide audit related information including progress of audit work, implementation status of audit recommendations, development and operation of the internal control systems of the Company
• Develop relevant policies and procedures as well as job responsibilities and scope
• Assist the Division to communicate and coordinate with external parties as well as obtain the latest regulatory requirements and policies updates
• Perform such other duties from time to time be assigned by the superiors

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance, Accounting
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in Big 4 or financial institutions
• Detailed minded and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Enjoy team work, responsible and proactive, with pleasant personality
• Familiar with the business of financial institution
• Familiar with relevant regulatory requirements and audit principals
• Independent, self-motivated and proactive
• Good planning, communication, report writing and problem solving skills, able to interact effectively with different business units and management levels; and
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

工作职责：

• 对公司整体稽核对象及范围进行检讨，并负责本部门对各稽核对象及其业务和运作进行定期风险评估，作为建立年度稽核计划的基础
• 与相关部门沟通，取得有关业务最新动态和信息，草拟重点检查范围，建立稽核办法，并根据稽核重点及稽核办法进行现场稽核工作，检查有关规章制度、文件和进行样本测试
• 就所有与内部控制、风险管理和公司治理程序有关的稽核发现，提供客观分析及具建设性的建议；协助本部门与被稽核单位负责人达成共识，撰写稽核报告，并建立有关稽核档案
• 负责根据董事长、高级管理层及/或部门主管的指示，进行特别审查工作，对相关事项的风险管理、内控建设及运行的执行情况进行评估，提出具建设性的建议；协助本部门与被审查单位负责人达成共识，撰写审查报告，并建立有关审查档案
• 根据公司管理层、总部稽核监察部、外部审计师、监管机构要求，协助本部门编制各类稽核相关信息，包括稽核工作进度及整改建议落实情况、公司内控建设及运行情况等信息
• 定期跟进所有由稽核部、总部稽核监察部、外部审计师及监管机构发出的整改建议落实情况
•  协助制定并组织实施本部门相关的制度及流程、职责权限和范围
• 协助本部门人员招聘及人才培养、信息报送、沟通协调对外关系、掌握最新监管及政策动态
• 完成上级领导交办的其他工作

任职资格：

• 财务、会计或相关学科的本科或以上
• 专业资格例如CPA/CIA
• 8年以上相关工作经验，曾在4大会计师行工作或至少4年投资银行工作经验
• 熟悉投资银行业务专业知识及审计准则
