Job Description

•  Report to accounting manager
•  Prepare month-end closing, schedules and relevant reports
•  Perform inter-company transactions and accounts reconciliation with PRC subsidiaries
•  Review PRC subsidiaries financial statements and ledger account
•  Liaise with auditor, follow up and clear queries for Hong Kong and PRC audit
•  Work closely with other departments, vendors and licensors for daily operation, monthly reporting, monitor the account receivable and follow up on customer payment with sales team
• Assist to prepare management and other ad hoc reports

Requirements:

• Degree holder major in Accounting or related disciplines
• Semi-qualified/Finalist of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia is preferable
• Minimum 4 years of commercial and/or audit experience, preferably in trading industry with inventory
• PRC/solid audit experience is an advantage
• Solid audit background without commercial experience is also welcome  
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Good command of Putonghua
• Familiar with accounting software, e.g. Kingdee, peachtree, etc.
• Good Excel knowledge and Chinese word processing skill
• Self-motivated, hands-on person with good supervisory skills and can work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferable

Office Hour : Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 6:00pm
