• Handle and manage accounting operations, including AR, AP and accounts ledger by Epicor ERP system 
• Monitor the account operations including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
• Liaise with external auditors for interim review and annual audit
• Coordinate & complete annual audits and tax related matters
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for management
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Immediately availability is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge in Epicor (ERP system) would be an advantage
• Good knowledge and experience in accounting standards and tax regulations in Hong Kong
• Experience in company secretarial duties
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Mature, independent, detail minded with good analytical mind
