Job Description

One of our clients is now looking for a high calibre candidate to fill the following position:

  • Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines;
  • 1 year related work experience;
  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting duties including issuing and sending daily and monthly invoices, handling petty cash payments, reconciliation of intercompany accounts, etc.;
  • Responsible for matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payables;
  • Process clients’ monthly billings on a timely and accurate basis;
  • Support the team in clerical duties and daily office operations;
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English;
  • To assist in ad hoc projects project.

Remarks:

  • Monthly salary: Negotiable;
  • Working days/ hours: 4.5-day per week; 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (with flexible working hours);
  • Company nature: A professional company providing Company Secretary services;
  • Company background: A multi-national company with good company culture and work-life balance (HK office around 15 staff and with over 300 staff worldwide);
  • Working location: Wan Chai;
