Position Description Summary

The primary responsibility is assisting in month-end closing, preparing financial and management reports, providing support in the forecast and budget cycles, and coordinating with different business units to strengthen the workflow and internal control.

 
Job Responsibilities

• Provide support for month-end closing in APAC level.
• Assist in preparation of forecast and budget report.
• To support in data management, analytics, and report generation.
• Prepare financial and management report, and presentation materials.
• Review operational procedures and accounting process of finance function of different countries in the region.

 Education

• University graduate major in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• CPA or Student member of accounting bodies would be an advantage.

Experience

• 3 years relevant experience (i.e., FP&A and accounting experience in commercial firm).
• Experience in handling large data sets is a plus.
• Adaptability - to multitask, shift focus and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail.

 Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
• Knowledge in HFM will be an advantage.
• High degree of business acumen, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work overtime to meet tight deadline.
• Immediately available or short notice period is preferred.
